Dave Ferguson and Mechanic Chris were fantastic! I brought my 2013 Tacoma with 160,000 miles in for a full front suspension job. The truck drove great but it's 13 years old and I noticed the bushings were getting to a little sloppy. Dave made sure that I was informed of every step and that was very much appreciated. I loved the customer service..... 10 out of 10 but I stated that my car was hesitating a little and when I returned I noticed the advisor put that I said the car was having loud noises. They did do a transmission flush and service on my car which I told the advisor I wasn't sure if that was the correct thing to do since my car has over 117 thousand miles. He called and to let me know it would be fine .Anyway it's been almost a week and my car is now a little hesitant.
