Dealership is great. Service did not complete my requests as they did not clean/wash the car as requested. Also, not sure if they rotated the tires as there were no finger/handprints to show the tires were even handled. They were still dirty, so the car wasn’t washed after service as required
I have always found the personnel at Motion Kia to be extremely helpful and pleasant. Whether dealing with the service or sales departments, I have been impressed with their high level of professionalism.

We have built a very good relationship with our Kia, especially with Alex in Service. He really tkes time witih us, always greets us by name and ghows definite concern for our wellbeing.
Professional service from the greeting when your arrive to the workmanship and then the courtesy you receive when work is completed. The coffee is good too.
Motion Kia service department is always very friendly and considerate of our needs...they always try to set up our appointments at a time that meets our needs as far as time is concerned...service area and waiting area are always clean and comfortable...service pricing seems to be very competitive!
The workers at the dealership were friendly and my car was serviced right on time.
Whenever our car needs some work, we are able to schedule an appointment at Motion Kia quickly. They call to let us know what work is recommended with a cost, and then they get the work done quickly. Once we needed work done quickly because we had a long drive two days later, and they were still able to fit us in and get everything done on time. Great service!
Victor is always so friendly and helpful. I like that I can usually wait while service is performed.
