These guys really are great. This is my second warranty repair that other dealers put me through the wheel with. Glenn at Motion Kia took care of me quickly and efficiently. Wish I bought my KIA here. I will be making my next purchase with them for sure.
I just left the dealership and I am in tears. I went there tonight to pick up my new lease. The plan was to flip in my old lease into the new one which I was told was no problem but as I sit in front of the General Manager with the contract in front of me and a $3000 check he tells me he knows nothing of that and then says he isn't "eating the $4000". I left and feel completely misled and disgusted!!
Was previously a fine dealer to work with, however recent events have proven that the management lacks with integrity, courtesy, and a sense of professionalism. I recommend choosing a different dealer who takes pride in treating others as they would like to be treated.
