RecommendedWhen I arrived for my appointment someone was helping me right away. There was a recall on my 2012 Kia Rio - it was finished within an hour! I was very impressed with how quickly it was ready. I was advised that I had no oil - yikes! Thank you Kia Alliance for saving my car from being completely ruined. I recommend Kia Alliance if you need any assistance in the future.

RecommendedDealer is absolutely amazing. Did an annual inspection in case and service is needed and they didn’t find anything. Or try and hassle me into buying or serving anything that didn’t need to be done. They only took about an hour and replaced a recall while they were at it that I was not aware of!

RecommendedBig thanks to Brian in service for helping us get a replacement motor for our 2018 Kia Sportage (high oil consumption). The extended warranty company deflected our legitimate claim and Brian was able to get Kia on board with doing the right thing and replacing our faulty motor! Thank you Brian and Moritz Kia Alliance!

We stopped by the dealership a few weeks later when we had some questions about the technology, and immediately had three people from sales and service helping us out.
