Had an appointment for 9am to do a quick software update. Didn’t get my car back until 5 pm!!! That is a complete joke.
Waited 3 hours for an oil change and it was a scheduled appt. Only good thing was there was a kids playroom so my son had atleast something to do for those 3 hours
Horrific service. Had an appointment to get my vehicle done. Dropped my vehicle off at 9 AM to get an oil change, Didn’t hear anything for hours. Called them at 3 PM and car was still not ready. What’s the point of making appointments weeks in advance if you’re going take six to 7 hours for an oil change.

The price is way too high. It takes too long to get your car fixed. And all they wanna do is up charge you more and you need this and this.

We appreciate the diagnostic but we are evaluating whether to repair the car or trade it in. However, service wasn’t willing to waive the diagnostic fee while we evaluate, so we will be taking our business elsewhere

We had our trim pieces replaced on our Telluride and they scratched up all paint. We reached out to the management and they haven’t returned our call to fix the problem. We are so disappointed because it’s the second car we bought from there.
