We worked with Paula and she sold us a Mercedes A 220 Sedan. We absolutely love the car! It was a surprise sweet 16 gift for my daughter and they went as far as putting it on a flatbed and hauling it over to carpinteria where we were celebrating spring break and her birthday. They brought it all the way to us at no charge and my wife got to put the bow on it and we surprised her. They have a top notch service department and I’ve been told if we have anything done to the car they will give us a Mercedes loaner for the day ... read more

Fast and friendly service, I had an appointment for Monday the 11th but they were able to get me in on Friday the 6th. I live an hour away and had an appointment in Bakersfield and it was canceled so I drove to Mercedes Benz of Bakersfield and asked if they could squeeze me in and they did ... thanks again 😊
