The service reps are great. I had my Jeep in for a check engine light that was a coolant bypass valve. It was replaced but the engine light came back on. They cleared the code but on my drive home the light came back on. Still happy with the service. I think they just miss me.

Heather at Melton's was very helpful getting my Jeep in for diagnostic and repair. I did have to bring it back to tighten a loose clamp. Always pleasant though. We will definitely use next time.
Love the dealership and service but it’s getting longer to wait for services even when get there buy 7:00 am and have to wait at least 2 to 3 hours
What a fantastic experience! Baley provided me detailed updates every step of the process: expected delivery date of the chassis, the date it went to vendor for install, expected date for pick up. All during a crazy holiday week. The RAM was clean, filled up and ready to go when I arrived! The process was SUPER easy! I know I got the best service, the best price and the best vehicle.
