Very helpful in explaining things and taking car of my jeep. Kept me informed on about my jeep and I do like seeing the filters.
Bailey was very professional. He gave us everything he said he would give. Unlike others, the price didn't change once we arrived at the dealership. Bailey knew we were driving 3 hrs to get to Claremore. He had the truck washed, filled with fuel, and it was waiting for us at the front door.
Service is always great at Melton. This is the only place I take my truck. I always receive great customer service. To me that says a lot of how this business must take great care of their employees. Highly recommended!

Did not feel like my time was valued and lack of compassion for truck taking so long and being in so many times over last few months.
Very fast and efficient. Clean wait area. Nice that refreshments are available. They are just a little pricey on oil change. Never had a mail out that they would use to save me anything they just say they were suppose to stop that coupon mail out??
