I had a wonderful experience at Melton's! Their staff was friendly and very helpful. Everything was taken care of on my vehicle with no problems at all.
Jesse checked me in and kept me up to date with the progress. Recommended a necessary addition and told me that based in the mileage other work needed to be done. There was no pressure to accomplish the other work immediately, just noted it needed to be done sooner than later.
Your service department is efficient. Jesse, Heather and the crew are good representatives of your firm.
Service staff was prompt and polite. Brandon and Heather were helpful and kind. This is the only place I've had my Durango serviced and have zero complaints so far. I have never purchased a vehicle from the dealership, so I can't review the sales staff or process, but the service side is great.
