The service department staff are extremely professional and courteous. My car was looked at promptly and diagnosis to the exact issue. The parts were available and the appointment was set for the next day and fixed in the timeframe promised. Very satisfied with the Melton Service Department.
I came in for my normal oil change and after I drove all the way back to Broken Arrow I parked my car for about 3 days before I drove it again. When I got back from my errands and the car sat I had a massive leak of oil under my car. So I then had to drive back to Claremore from Broken Arrow for them to fix there mistake. They said the o ring was the problem. First time that has ever happened so it has kind of made me afraid to come back for service.
