Sales Experience The salesman Jeff Williams was extremely helpful in getting us in the right vehicle we could afford. He went above & beyond to get us financed. He never gave up trying to get us in a truck. Greg Melton was also helpful when Jeff was busy with another customer. The finance guy made our experience very easy for us to understand . This is my second purchase at Melton's. Melton's is a family-owned business of long standing in Claremore. It is not high pressure which makes it so pleasant. This is the second Kia Optima I have purchased from Melton, and I have remained extremely pleased with the professional honest manner in which they deal with their customers. Great customer service! I have been wanting a grand Cherokee for awhile now and have talked to several dealerships but just wasn’t satisfied with the price/customer service. Pleasant and friendly We returned to Melton’s because we had purchased a used SUV 3 years ago and got excellent customer service. We shopped for new pickups at four different dealerships and we felt Melton’s had the best deal and we liked their pickup the best. Everyone was kind and courteous. The salesman was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The whole experience went smooth and timely.
