Parts on back order The parts to fix my Jeep were on back order. They were very up front about this and did give me a time line. John was my contact person. Very helpful and courteous. Great customer service. I just wish that at some time I would've received a phone call about my parts. I was the one that had to call and check on delivery. Funny enough, they just happened to be there the day I called. Maybe a little more communication with follow up would be appreciated.
