Awesome service department Oil change,tires rotated,and a recall fix, thanks to the lady in parts for remembering she had the part in stock for the recall. Was given loaner for the recall, and jeep was finished in about an hour and a half. That's pretty good service. Happy with my dealership choice. Jack
Ram 1500 Warranty Needed to get the blower motor checked out, had been making noise. The technician confirmed it was bad and needed replacement. The dealer had to order the part and it had to come from Texas. Surprised, I would have thought this part would have been available locally. Either way, returned a couple of days later and they replaced it as scheduled on time. Very good service.
Great experience!! I had a great experience with Melton’s. They have great customer service and they fixed everything on the vehicle I asked, if it couldn’t be fixed they replaced the issue.
