I was not informed on a recall and was also misinformed about keyless entry. Everything else was amazing! Car is still in good condition and running.
Great & Easy Oil Change Went in for an oil change (which have taken up to several hours at other dealerships) and found the process to be super quick and easy. Great!!

Melton’s is a great no pressure , no games dealership . Salesmen and staff are friendly, helpful and courteous . This is the second vehicle we purchased at Melton’s . Will defiantly look here first next time .
The best customer service Took our 2017 Pacifica to another dealer closer to home for a problem. They had it five days total on two different occasions and did not fix the problem. We then took the vehicle to Melton and they provided us a loaner vehicle and had the Pacifica fixed in a few days. I would highly recommend this company's maintenance department.
Everyone in the service department is so friendly & so very helpful. No other dealership has treated me nearly as well as the people at Melton have done so consistently. Tony was great & also the lady in Parts (so sorry I forgot her name 😳). I appreciate y’all so much.
