They are very personable, this is to be said for not just the sales and service teams, but the finance manager, as well. Tony’s follow up after the service, just to make sure we know he is available for any questions, or service needs shows how they go the extra mile.

Service Department The service is great, went in for a oil change and rotate my tired. They treated me like a king. They answered all my questions. They pulled my engine air filter and showed me how clean or dirty it was, said it was good for another 5,000 miles, but I went ahead and had them put in a new one. And had them changed my cabin air filter at the same time, wow what a difference. Thanks again to the Melton Service team. I will be back in 5,000 miles.

Tylor was super helpful. I have a new baby at home and was buying a new Jeep for my wife. I drove about an hour and 45 minutes to get to the dealership. On the phone I mentioned that I couldn’t spend all day going over the details. He had the Jeep, my paperwork and everything out and ready when I got there.
