Had my car in for a tick in the motor and the service department did everything they could to make sure our extended warranty covered it.
Special ordered and purchased a beautiful 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When it arrived, it had a couple “blemishes” on it from the freight but their service department was on it! I received a call immediately about the issues and they are working with me and my schedule to get them fixed. The BEST part of the process was the time spent with the finance guy, Greg! Jeff and Greg were very helpful, friendly and made the purchase very easy. No waiting around for hours for a decision or a salesperson to get back to you. Jeff and texted and spoke several times during the process. I was even let in by a very nice lady (didn’t get her name)and was able to take a look at the car on the showroom floor. Best vehicle purchase I’ve had in years.
Everyone was great! The experience was amazing and they were so fast to get my oil changed! Tony and Landon were so kind and offered me numerous times if I wanted something to snack on or drink while I waited. Also, they were very informative on every step of my first oil change at Meltons.
