The sales staff was friendly and very flexible when negotiating a price for my new 2020 mazda cx-5. They we also Very helpful after i bought the car. Charles helped me integrate my smart phone with the car. I will definitely recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a mazda.

I have never had any problems with my Service @ Mazda of New Rochelle. The waiting area was clean & comfortable. The Staff is courteous & friendly. No complaints!
Service department was great. I would recommend people to bring there car there for service. Nice people there. Clean place due to covid. Wait time not long.
Service intake was slow possibly due to short staff during covid and I could've been acknowledged better, but once in the system Eddie made sure the problem was duly noted and checked out by the techs. He even arranged for the shop foreman to take the car on a road test and to speak to me about the issue, which I appreciated. I'll try them again for a future service visit.
Very patient and helpful. Great to work with. He helped us with our Mazda CX-5. I had been to other car showrooms and he provided the best customer service. Definitely ask for him next time you are in Mazda New Rochelle.
Great experience overall. Everyone worked effectively to get me the best option for my first lease. Will definitely recommend friends and family to work closely with Jennifer Lopez and Kenneth Lopez as their expertise helped me leave out of Mazda with a big smile.
