Phillip as always provided exemplary service. The mechanic neglected to reconnect a wire after my first service visit necessitating a return the next day. Phillip got my car into the shop right away and had me back on the road as soon as possible. He is without a doubt the star of the show over there.

Have to say - Mazda of New Rochelle Service Dept is excellent! It starts with people like Dally who helped me get my car in right away! And then Amanda in the Service Dept who gets it all done! Also - Want to give shout out to Jose, Murphy, Miguel too! They make it all seamless! What a great group!
