My sales person Ross was absolutely awesome! I had some issues with the dealership though, I ordered a CX30 and was set to pick it up on a Monday. Prior to the date I called twice (both internet and sales managers) to confirm the car would be ready for pickup... they both stated it would be ready with no issues. When I arrived on Monday I found the car was still sitting in the lot, not prepped for pickup and the accessories I ordered were not installed. I previously visited other Mazda dealerships where I was immediately informed I would be paying a very high interest rate.
