Service department personnel are friendly and efficient. $250.00 for an oil change is ridiculous, especially when I had to bring it back to correct the overfill. Also, failing to honor the “first service free” promise due to a delay caused by the pandemic is chicken xxxx.
I have had my Alfa Romeo Giulia serviced here and the Giulia I leased before that as well. I have always received good service and everything was done right. I will definitely continue to take my car here.
