There is no comparison between Santa Monica Maserati and other local luxury brand service departments. They've been servicing my Gran Turismo for two and a half years and I've gotten the royal treatment every time. Even with last minute appointments the drop off process is quick and seamless; often with my loaner vehicle already waiting for me.
Customer service is great! Always very friendly. Casey has always been a great pleasure to work with. He keeps me well informed of the status of my vehicle
I have mixed feelings about this place. Love driving the Alfa but hate getting it serviced. This dealership did provide good customer services at my last visit, but prior to that they seemed to push problems away and not take responsibility. For example, I needed a new battery once and they could not provide me with one (claimed it was sold out). Ken was great. The part was backordered so took too long to get my car.
They are very customer-centric. They picked up my car and delivered it when it was done. They called with updates when they said they would. I’ve bought 2 cars from them, and this is a big reason why!
