The service center is first-rate: polite, efficient, and understanding. Casey O'Brien in particular has been over the post 3 years my "go-to guy" whenever I need to bring my Giulia in for service. He is extremely knowledgeable about Alfas and always has helpful suggestions to make.

Quick check-in/out, Ken looked up my Mopar agreement covering my 10-year old Fiat. So happy my $100 deductible covered the stabilizer parts-labor needed. Very friendly and efficient customer service. Glad my Fiat service center is in Santa Monica!!
