The personnel is always friendly and prompt. They are informative, and answers most of our questions
I've bought four new VWs through the years from Lakeland VW. Each car lasted a very long time after paying each one off. This is due to having Lakeland VW do all the service on the vehicles.
The Service at the Lakeland VW dealership is always courteous,efficient and professional. Plus, the waiting area is very comfortable 😌
Matt is such a knowledgeable, professional, kind, customer focused, and did a superb job with letting me know the recommended services that needed to be done to keep my car running strong. He kept me informed throughout the entire service appointment and did such a great job. All of the service staff are amazing including Ashley and Shelly as well.
