I am pleased with my purchase at Lakeland Volkswagen for my VW Jetta. This my second time buying a car from them and so far everything is going well. My first experience buying a vehicle from them was not great at all. As long as things continue along this same path this time around, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with this dealership. I would also recommend others to do business with Lakeland VW. Have a nice day!
Service was quick and professional. The waiting room was clean. They offered a coffee station with plenty of sitting areas, even recliners, and a large TV. These things make it very enjoyable to wait for service to be completed. They did offer shutter service to the nearby areas but I live & work 1hr away so I decided to wait. They also have a monitor that shows the queue service line to see where your car is and how long the wait is. For food, they have 2 vending machines where you can purchase snacks.
