Easy to schedule appointment, professional employees, friendly employees, good advice, clean environment, easy to space seating.
Our saleman, Anthony, was very down-to-earth and funny! He made the entire process a lot less stressful than it could have been.
Very friendly, caring people, fast service. Would recommend the service department. They wasn't pushy on the service that the car needed. I had a choice of doing a little at a time or all maintenance needed.

Good people, but prices are too high. Example: plastic VW wheel emblem $37.00, Three hours waiting- $333.00 labor, Stabalizing sensor more than $200.00. When I had my VW disel auto-- front right headlight bulb went out. Dealership wanted more than $70.00 to replace. I went to AutoZone and purchased part for $19.95. The clerk even came out and showed me the proper way to replace. I realize the dealership has to make a profit, but the markup is rediculous.
