Very positive experience at Lakeland Volkswagen. Price was as advertised without any “surprises.” They had several of the hard to find electric ID.4s. Anthony (internet sales) and Will (salesman) were great to deal with and very helpful.

Hunter is an amazing salesman. No pressure; his professionalism and integrity are what truly attracted us to him and we are grateful. He was very concerned that we were satisfied with our decision. We took a ride and with the assistant of Larry Riddle, we set up our insurance transfer and paperwork. Hunter took the car to gas up and made sure it was spotless when we picked it up the next day. The appointment was honored at the correct time. I waited on my service 30k maintenance. The waiting area was clean and presentable. There is a free coffee bar and TV for those so inclined. The service was timely completed. The service manager explained in detail what was done a on my vehicle. My Tiguan was washed and waited for me out front for an easy exit. It couldn't get any better. Highly recommend Lakeland Volkswagen Service Department.
