Service was great. Had issues with AC system that need to be repaired which took a couple days. They have me a loaner vehicle for the time it took to repair.

Easy scheduling process online. Immediately meet me upon arrival and went over procedures and asked me if I would be staying or dropping off the vehicle. Asked if I could be dropped off anywhere. I chose to stay at the dealership. Katlyn kept me updated the entire process and was very friendly.
I have never dealt with the dealership, purchased vehicle in Tampa, had issue with car and made appt. over the phone and Becky assisted me, she is wonderful; Arrived at service Dept. next morning and Matt welcomed me in a very professional way, reviewed my concerns and explained the inspection process, walked me to the lounge and kept me informed of progress, once service complete, explained billing and I was on my way.
