Lyndsay and John are great. The service staff here really goes out of their way to help you out. It’s small and it’s sometimes difficult to arrange a loaner car but other than that these folks have done right be me in every way.

New car purchases My sales pro, Hiram Mendez is the best. Took all the time and explained everything without any kind of pressure. He seems like a walking encyclopedia of VW. He will go above and beyond. Would buy from him in a second again.
Friendly and fast service Me and my husband bought our first VW here 3 years ago with the same sales guy, Cory. He was knowledgeable in the car where where purchasing. Was pleased with the service we got even from the finance people.
Quick, complete and satisfying. Everything was taken care of in orderly fashion. It was my second inspection with the car and my need to meet my commitment with a leased auto was quickly covered. My only question remaining is: why am I still getting notes of inspection on my dashboard screen?
Dead battery. They got me in and out and on my way fast Lakeland VW is always friendly, courteous, and no pressure. They always take care of us, from sales to service. I do wish they would take a little more time with the car wash, but I'm sure they push a lot of cars through daily.
