Getting my car serviced is always such a breeze with Lakeland Volkswagen. The techs and various support staff are very attentive and helpful. I really appreciate that they always try to maximize my warranty and various plans to get me out the door with the least cost out of pocket. I am forever grateful to have met Michelle, purchased my vehicle from Lakeland Volkswagen, and get to keep going back.
My tdi had a warranty issue. I had to return the vehicle three times to have it repaired correctly. Even though it took them three tries and being very under staffed, my car is running much better now. Awesome customer service.

The guys at this particular dealership was very attentive. They were very helpful with fulfilling the needs my vehicle needed. When my parts where ready they called at reasonable time and help me schedule to get my vehicle fixed.
I stopped in unannounced due to a battery issue. They took me right in and took care of the issue. They never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Matthew was working alone and was hustling to make sure everyone was taken care of timely. GREAT service.
I will continue to repeat myself Jeff in service and the guys that work with him make my visits a perfect experience. Jeff always makes me feel like I'm a value customer! Being in retail I truly appreciate the genuine and sincere care I receive.
