I went 2 Jenkins Nissan 2 buy a 2016 Nissan Ultima and the experience was rewarding. My Bill Siede, Albert, and Mrs. Amanda where an incredible service. I had been 2 different dealerships and they just wanted me to go into more debt. After meeting up with Mr bill and al everything went perfect thank God. I was trying 2 buy the car outright 4 under 20 grand and I even told one of the dealership God will provide the wayee and so it was. As a buyer, it has been a wonderful experience from purchase to service. But the actions of a few employees with an upset customer recently 2/19/2017 have me questioning whether or not I will purchase my next Nissan there. Immature actions of a few affecting the entire dealership.
This was one of the best auto purchases that I have experienced. I have purchased quite a few automobiles over the past 30 years from various auto manufacturers. Camille, our sales rep, was great. She was very pleasant, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. Chris, the finance manager was basically the same. He took his time and explained everything in detail and worked with us with OUR best interest in mind. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and would definitely recommend Jenkins Nissan to others.
