RecommendedI was very pleased with how JP worked with the fact that I got there early and got me into the process. The service apparently went very well although I was disappointed with the quick car wash since it is only a machine quickie and did not get the bugs off of the front plus of course the inside did not get vacuumed which I did not remember from the last visit there. My fault. Now I will remember.

RecommendedSales Manager I believe name is Ryan went above and beyond to make / save a deal as it appears that the dealership had no idea if my vehicle being purchased was certified or not. After back and forth they decided to make it certified (not quite sure it is but I got it in writing it is so that all it matters). Luis was quite helpful but he was definitely being stretch thin with several deals as they were short staffed.
