as a loyal repeat customer I appreciate how willing everyone is to make sure all my questions and concerns are taken care of also I can call let them know the vehicle I am interested in they have sent a care to pick me up and on arrival all I need to do is review the paperwork while the vehicle is being washed and I'm on my way

I recommend Jenkins Nissan for the car prices and sales team. Service Department really needs help though! I scheduled an appointment for a recall and oil change. Upon arrival I was told the recall could not be completed even though I was very clear about it when appointment was made. Simple oil change took 3 hours on a weekday. Shame!
