While waiting for my vehicle, I observed what appeared to be a senior manager, possibly the General Sales Manager, engaging in an extremely unprofessional and inappropriate conversation in a public area of the dealership. while waiting to complete the paperwork for the purchase of a new vehicle the owner walked by many times. He never once acknowled our presence. Poor business sense. One of the salesmen told us he got rid of the kia he owned because of safety issues. Finally other dealerships offer first oil change for free. Not this one. We most likely will not return for another vehicle.
I had my car in for inspection, and they said my shocks needed worded on. My bill was over $600. After I paid, I went home and remembered I had a coupon. I went back to them, but they refused to accept it, since I had already paid the bill. I told them I would have to work a lot of overtime to pay it off, and this coupon could have saved me some money. All they said was Yeah, I bet it could have. Was scheduled for a 24k maintenance package which included an oil change, and just an overall multipoint inspection and maintenance. Nothing crazy. After the appointment, I found out that they had done a new emissions test and state inspection when I wasn’t even due for another 8-9 months. I had never asked for this to be done nor did anyone speak to me the entire time of my appointment about what was going on.
