They never fixed my brothers car yet charged him over $1000
I wish I could give zero stars. Gossett Hyundai charged me $1500 over 3 visits and still did not fix my car. One visit to Wolfchase Hyundai fixed the problem. I told the folks at Gossett repeatedly that the car gave me no electrical issues, but they replaced the battery and the alternator nevertheless thinking it would help the engine turn over for some reason. I don't know if the individuals at Gossett Hyundai are incompetent or crooks but don't throw your money away at this establishment.

Everything slow and unconcerned didn’t do nothing to my car claim like it was my oil change it and my engine light is still on after they charge me a 182 dollars
I had a bad experience at this location the services department haven call us back and our car been up there three weeks and I am tied of paying a rental car fee..bad service......
Took our Hundai tuson in last friday because the drivers seat was bouncing. Needed aux and usb port fixed. Dropped off at 7 am. No word all day. Went to pick up at 5pm. We were told we needed a whole new drivers seat. We were also told there was nothing wrong with the aux and usb outlets. After challenging them we were told it was the new iphones and not the car. Leigh Ann, I’m sorry you had issues with your vehicle in service and am glad to know that you were able to get the problem fixed. It is our service departments opinion that tightening the bolt for the seat may not be a long term fix. There was play found in the seat track and changing it was suggested for your safety. Buyer beware! This dealership practices yo-yo financing and spot deliveries. You spend hours buying the car, take it home, drive it for 3 weeks and then they call and tell you your financing fell through. You have the option of refinancing at a higher rate or giving the car back and losing your down payment or they repossess your car.
