Huston was very helpful on repairing the issue with my Pacifica. They were able to get the part earlier then they thought, called so I could get my car repaired promptly.

If vehicle is going to be kept for more than a day a rental should be offered. Ariana does her best to contact difficult to reach warranty companies to ensure the customer receives all their entitlement. Thanks to all the workers in the service dept and the mechanics.
