Huston CDJR Service Department was very knowledgeable on my extended warranty program. Arturo was very pleasant to work with and kept me updated at all times throughout the almost 6 week long process of getting my van transmission fixed.

I brought my Dodge Ram truck in due to a recall. Maddie was so sweet and professional. She was supportive and made me feel very comfortable. She kept checking in on me and my truck was finished ahead of schedule. Compared to other dealerships that I have been to, she is Golden!

Brought used jeep was rushed to get it off lot. crack in windshield passenger door won't lock.wasnt happy and still am not happy about windshield crack.
