I was treated with respect without any high pressure salesmanship. It was a pleasure to work with Mike Pool and this is the fourth vehicle I have purchased through him. Great people, Madeline is professional and prompt as are the Tech Pros; clearly understaffed however. It’s hard to get an appt, and it seems hand to mouth at times and slow others; so I assume this is a workforce ratio challenge in one or more areas. Maybe consider cutting or hybridizing sales, my sales team for example installs my software and conducts training.
