The tires were rotated and the pressure adjusted. The only glitch was they forgot to initiate a TPMS calibration. Otherwise, I was satisfied with the work.

He deserves a raise, because not all in his department return calls and makes sure that everything is done correctly. My family and I have purchased at least 15 cars from this dealership and Shannon is the one that makes sure that my family is safe driving Honda vehicles.

recently purchased a 2019 Audi in July, however, I needed four new tires. I called the service department and my sales representative Ken and expressed my concerns. I asked if they could give me a tire-free or 30% off my bill. The service department called back with a better solution, they said "we will pay half of the bill." I was not expecting that this is what I call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The whole team was professional, helpful, and they also gained my husband as a new customer!
