Three times I got calls at home while waiting for it to be finished, that the bill would be higher and take longer. By the third call, they told me they couldn't finish the repair that day. That was Saturday, and it wouldn't get done until Monday. The bill started at $399. The final total was $1300. It was the air conditioning that needed repair and it was labor intensive. Service was excellent. Tires were balanced and it now drive like a new car ready for the road. The timing was exactly as promised. It is all caught up on its planned maintenance.

Had a dead battery at home. I charged the battery at home and drove to Honda for service. The service was very good. They checked the battery and replaced the battery under warranty. The wait time was very short.
