The service was good and the technician was friendly and very capable. They didn't give the comentary car wash which was on the order. So overall, it was good.

Usually things go smoothly here. But when I went to pick up my car, Joe said it was out on the south side. I looked, but couldn't find it.When I came in,he was not there,andi had to wait to try to nab someone.Finally a man said it was on the other side, they'd bring it in. They did not run it thru the car wash, and my set pad was thrown down on the passenger side floor. Just sloppy service.
