My Honda Recall service was completed with-in given time-frame. Got the shuttle drop-off and pick-up while vehicle was being serviced. Excellent staff and service.

They did a great job of under promising and over delivering. I went in for a simple air bag recall but knowing my car needed the 105K maintenance. Tom the service writer did a very good job of laying out my needs and offering options that really made sense/cents. I appreciated both his demeanor and knowledge of what he was talking about.

Honda of Frontenac Express Lube Service was outstanding! My vehicle was completed ahead of schedule. The maintenance inspection is superior to the other local dealerships. And, the recently remodeled service reception and customer waiting room are very comfortable and accommodating.
