The inspection was longer than I expected but I feel comfortable with the completeness of their service

Excellent service. Very well explained. On time.
Service techs were very nice. Car could not be fixed at the time. Car needed a compressor and they did not have it stock and could not get one. It will be a least three months before they could get one. Also I had to call dealership to see if car was ready for me to pick up it was after 4 P.M. and I just made the shuttle pick up time for me to get my car. It was after 5 P.M. when I left the dealership.
Car was making thump noise. Was told it was related to brake pad, was told it was fixed. The noise continued for several days. I wondered if the car was tested for the noise after being fixed.
Very easy to work with, I never feel like they're trying to sell me anything I don't actually need, and they maintain good Covid safety protocols.
