recently purchased a 2019 Audi in July, however, I needed four new tires. I called the service department and my sales representative Ken and expressed my concerns. I asked if they could give me a tire-free or 30% off my bill. The service department called back with a better solution, they said "we will pay half of the bill." I was not expecting that this is what I call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The whole team was professional, helpful, and they also gained my husband as a new customer!

Pat, with whom we've worked in the past, is awesome. They're all just at the top of their game at this dealership. I'll never forget the time I pulled up... after hours, much to my chagrin... and one of the service advisors came out to help me with a CD player problem. Can't remember what it was. Doesn't matter: These guys obviously care about doing a good job, and stellar customer service is at the very top of anyone's expectations. Thanks a million!
I had a great experience they finished my tire repair a littler earlier then they said and I didn't need to replace the tire.
