I'm concerned about my last appointment. 2/18/23 -102,921 mi. My wheel Alignment check -Failed. I just did my wheel alignment on 12/22/22 -101,921 mi. 95% of my driving time it's highway mileage i did not hit any bumps . I'm not Aggressive driver and I never had this problem before.

Very polite service advisor (Matt) and explained all service done. Verified in the computer system that the air and A/C filters had not been changed recently and reassured me that they had to be changed. Called me to ask about permission to replace the filters and called me as soon as the service had been completed. Applied the coupons available, which helped reduce the overall cost of the service.
