It would be nice if the waiting room had more than just water offered to the customers. It would be nice if tea, coffee and hot chocolate were also available especially during the winter time.

I had an excellent service experience at Honda of Frontenac with my 2014 Honda Civic. Both the Service Advisor (JASON GRANSTAFF) and the Service Technicians did an excellent job for me.
Wonderful service experience at Honda Frontenac! Cody is my service point person and he is always responsive to my needs, welcomes me to the service, explains whats needed clearly, goes out of his way to be polite and courteous! Makes me completely loyal to their service department!! Really appreciate the attention to customer care!!
