Easy quick and great service
Service was very slow. Express service took 5 hours to complete - not very express in my opinion. The techs were very polite however.
I drive 50 highway miles each way to work & back home, M-F. Therefore, I get frequent oil changes. Honda of Frontenac has a great service department. Everyone is always professional & courteous. I love my Honda Civic. It gets great mileage and it's riding smooth at over 190,000 miles!!

Quality service, completed in a timely manner
A tricky situation with my gas tank door led to a full afternoon of work on my older Honda. I don't take my Honda here for everything but when I do the work is always done in a professional, most reliable way. The staff is super friendly and explains anything I need to know.
Clean friendly and in and out for oil change and tire rotation
team members who are professional and helpful, do not talk down to me because I am a woman. I trust them to help me decide what needs to be done and there are always coupons in the mail and on the website which is great. Open early and on weekends which is wonderful as well!
