The sales rep that we worked with, Marcelo, went above and beyond to get the car that we wanted at the price we could afford. He was extremely patient and gave us the best possible customer service. Victor was patient and thorough during the car buying process. I felt no pressure to buy a Hyundai. The dealership was fair and friendly. I would recommend Victor and Hallmark to anyone.
Service rep (Chris) invited me in to discuss my needs. Explained what work would be done and cost. Told me that as a new customer, he would take care of my needs. I was made comfortable while I waited for about 45 minutes. Work completed, Chris took care of payment after explaining the invoice. I feel that I will be given good care at resonable cost. I will definately tell others of my good experience.
There was no pressure when I initially visited and Marcelo was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. they had the car that I was interested in and made an initial offer that intrigued me. I really liked the way they presented the offer with multiple financing options and with each one showing what the payment would be. I also really liked that Marcelo was a Christian and I prefer to do business with Christias.
I recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata from Hallmark Hyundai. After going to the downtown Hyundai first, the sales person I was working with made me feel like I was inconveniencing him, and every question I asked, he rolled his eyes (questions like wanting to look in a car, or what kind of financing they offered). Great service. When they detailed my car they spilled gas. My new car stunk up my garage. The smell wore out of the trunk too. Victor was an outstanding person to work with. He was patient and kind!
This is by far the most positive buying experience I have had with buying a new vehicle. The sales staff was very friendly, easy going and very non-aggressive. My husband and I visited the dealership 2 or 3 times before we purchased not one, but two new Sonatas. We both love our cars and have nothing but good things to say about this dealership.
