Waited over an hour for a ten minute service job. We had an appointment. Way does it take an hour to put a bug guard on? Plus the bug guard fell off a week after buying the car because it was not put on correctly. Why do we make appointments if they will not do the job when it is brought in? Save your money. Go somewhere else
They would get one star but the two guys in their Service Department keep them from getting that. Purchased a car for our daughter a 2006 Kia Spectra with about 64,000 miles on it. Great deal we thought. Boy were we wrong. The first week the engine light came on. It was the O2 sensor. It took them close to 3 weeks to get supposedly the part in, which then was a week before the 30 day warranty ran out, It gets better. The worst communication among professionals that I have ever experienced. They do not value the customer. I would not recommend trusting this car dealership when it comes to such a pricey transaction. They also need to look up the Definition of "Car Detail" I was told 5 different times that I would receive a car detail. They did nothing more than vacuum the floors of my car- not even the seats- no windows- nothing! They should be embarrassed with the level of service. Customer retention is clearly not important to them.
Bought an used car with 30 days waranty. Less than 5 days later had to take it in for service. Received a call that my car was ready, went to pick up my car and still not fixed. Two weeks went by and guess what? Car can't be fixed! Excuses, esxcuses, excuses! Worst service ever! Never again will buy from this place. Now I have to pay my mechanic to fix it. Paying for a car that is already giving me problems!
This is one of the worst dealerships ever to do business with. False advertisement. poor sales person knowledge of business process. Advertise a $500 gift card with every purchase. At the time of close the deal they stated that i will not get the card because of the discount on the car. At the end of the day i end up with a $250 card that i have not gotten yet. I will update this review when i do get it. Please do not deal with salesperson Luis. bad idea. nor the so call general manager.
I bought a used forte from them back in August of 2015. Had a good experience with my sales person and have loved the car up until this point. When bought the car had a little over 55,000 miles on it. On September 21, my whole engine seized, through no fault of my own...all fluids good, regularly serviced etc. The car now has just under 80,000 miles on it, so I've put on less then 15 in the last 2 years that ive had it. My warranty expired in May, go figure, and now I'm left with a $3800 engine change or to surrender the car... read more
I bought a 2016 Kia Soul from this dealership in March. They highly recommended the extra insurance package for tire, etc. it was never disclosed to me that my car had no jack or spare tire! Well I just had my first flat tire. I have been waiting for over a week to get my tire and rim! The "extra" insurance will only allow a rim that they send to the dealership! What? No one has any problem with this at the dealership. They just keep stringing us along!
I had called Monday to set up an appointment for my 2013 Kia Forte Koup. My motor was making a knocking noise. When I spoke with kia on monday, I stated that I was comingnin to get my car checked out because of the knocking noise. I also stated that if something was wrong I would like to know if it would be covered under my warranty before I proceeded with anything. My review is based solely on the service department; have not bought a car from them. I drive a 2012 Kia Sedona for work. Very happy with the Sedona, lots of room, great features, lots of power. I dropped it off last night to have some recall items addressed. Don, the service manager called me at 2:15 pm to pick it up, they just had to change the oil and it would be done.
