On a busy Saturday morning the service technician informed me that it might take a while and offered me all the services that Honda provided including shuttle service.. I told him I would be waiting and he asked if I wanted some coffee in the waiting room..

It was wonderful to deal with Elsa when I bought my 2025 Honda HR-V at the beginning of September. Elsa came with me for a ride with a Honda HR-V 2022 that I liked. Then she came with me to ride the car that I finally ended up buying. She did not pressure me one way or the other. The whole process was easy and the explanations were clear and beyond my expectations. I was impressed with her energy and knowledge. I have recommended Elsa to several people.
