2/4/17 I had a great car buying experience here!! Janice, JR and Victor made all my anxiety subside right away. The last thing I wanted to do was purchase a car this year but it had to be done. I love all the people at Honda ElCerrito....but today my tire light came on...I knew busy Saturday I will have to wait (which would not have been a problem). I was moved to the side and told that someone would help me. Cameron came was so sweet and helpful....I told him I was sorry and knew how busy they were. His response was thats what we are here for....no problem....anytime. I just want to let you know what a helpful employee that you have....Thank you Cameron....
I’m telling ya’ll… just ask for Janice and she got you! I went to Janice to get 3 of my cars from her. That in itself should already justify how great of Janice is at what she does. She answers all the questions I have with the accord, CRV and odyssey I’ve gotten from her! She takes time with her clients and that I appreciate so much from her because making a purchase on a vehicle does need educating and of course a good deal! Highly recommend anyone to her!
